NYU kappa phi lambda
I joined NYU Kappa Phi Lambda during my freshman spring semester. Since then, I have been the graphic design chair for two years, Head of Recruitment for one year, and am currently serving as the VP of Public Relations on the NYU Multicultural Greek Council Executive Board.
Below, I have featured some of my favorite works that I have worked on during my time as the graphic design chair! Enjoy!

spring 2021 recruitment graphics
About a month or so leading up to recruitment, we are constantly putting out graphics and PR material on our social media in order to spark interest in our organization. As the graphic design chair and the Head of recruitment, it was my responsibility to not only come up with and execute the theme each semester, but also design all of the content that was used to advertise the events.
Since recruitment was held virtually for the Spring 2021 semester, we were even more focused on our graphics and social media presence. Here, I feature our flyer, an example of active house profile pictures, as well as an example of the graphics we posted for our "Meet Our Active House" highlight on Instagram. On top of these three things, I also created a banner for our Facebook event page, a graphic breaking down general information about our organization, and other graphics for Instagram content.

Towards the end of each semester, we also hold a few "Pre-Rush" events in order to maintain our presence on campus and to give rushes more opportunity to learn more about our organization.
Going off of the main recruitment theme, (grocery store/produce) we decided to go with a "spring picnic" themed pre-rush but with a warmer color palette.

reveal banner
After intaking a class each semester, the graphic design chair also has to create a reveal banner with all of the names, numbers, and nicknames of the new class alongside their Program Educators.
Aside from designing the graphic, I also had to gather the photos of each sister and edit them. This banner gets posted on all of our social media pages in order to showcase and introduce our new classes to the Greek community.
